International bank payment

Pay agent and concierge service fees by international bank transfer. SWIFT, SEPA, currency, beneficiary details, fees, and the payment reference are confirmed before transfer.

Local banking methods

Use a Georgian bank transfer, card, or another local banking method where available. The exact route is confirmed on the invoice for your service.

Cryptocurrency

Agent services can be paid in an agreed cryptocurrency. The asset, blockchain network, wallet address, amount, and transaction reference must be confirmed before sending funds.

If your preferred banking route is not listed, contact the agent. We will check the available card, online, or bank-to-bank payment method for your country and service.

Property purchase process

From selected object to registered ownership.

Agent service fees and the property price are separate payments. The property price is transferred to the verified seller or developer according to the signed purchase agreement, not through this website.

    Select and reserve the property

    Confirm the property ID, final price, included furniture or equipment, reservation amount, and the conditions for returning the deposit.

    Complete legal due diligence

    Verify ownership, cadastral records, seller authority, mortgages or restrictions, construction status, utilities, and the draft purchase agreement.

  3. 03

    Sign the purchase agreement

    Fix the beneficiary, currency, bank route, payment schedule, transfer fees, registration responsibilities, handover date, and default terms in writing.

  4. 04

    Pay the seller or developer

    Transfer the property price directly to the verified seller or developer account according to the signed agreement. Selected developments may offer staged payments.

  5. 05

    Register ownership

    Submit the required documents to the relevant public registry and retain the payment confirmation, signed agreement, and updated ownership extract.

  6. 06

    Handover and management

    Receive the keys and handover act, record meter readings, arrange utilities, furnishing, insurance, rental setup, or property management as required.

The exact process depends on the country, property type, seller, bank, construction status, and whether the transaction is completed locally or remotely.
